1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website Siran.com, the Reet browser extension, or any of our open-source tools (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
2. Description of Service
Siran provides a suite of productivity tools designed to organize digital workflows.Reet is a browser extension that modifies the YouTube user interface to reduce distractions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
3. Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account authentication (Google Login).
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Siran is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
4. Payments & Refunds
A. One-Time Payment
Reet Pro is offered as a one-time purchase. "Lifetime Access" refers to the lifetime of the Reet product. If we decide to sunset the product, we will provide reasonable notice.
B. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
C. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are generally not provided once the extension is activated. However, if the product does not work on your device and support cannot resolve the issue, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the proprietary Reet extension.
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
- Exploit the Services to distribute spam or malicious content.
6. Intellectual Property
The interface, graphics, trademarks, and proprietary code (excluding open-source components) are owned by Siran. You retain all rights to the data (playlists, folders, tasks) you create using our tools.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Read Carefully
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Use of our tools to modify third-party websites (e.g., YouTube) is done at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siran shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the Services.
